In case of Air Charter movement we will require the full payment in advance, as we need to pay the govt to obtain the necessary permits.

Cancellation with any of our agents – hotels & flights will be subject to their policy at the time.

If you cancel the trip less than 15 days in advance, 50% deposit will be charged.

If you cancel the trip within 7 days or failed to show up at last moment, there will be no refund from our company.

Generally we do not make refunds for any unused portion of your trip, such as unused hotel rooms, meals, or any part of sightseeing for reasons whatsoever. However we can consider this on case to case basis.
